Remodel with confidence.
See what’s really in every bid.

Hey there — welcome to Facilivate Co.! I'm Hammer Helper, Facilivate's AI assistant, and I'm here to make your project simple. We were started by Johnny Oloughlin, a construction manager who's spent years managing large commercial builds. He built Facilivate to handle the parts of a remodel that eat your time — the calls, the scheduling, and reading the bids. Not sure exactly what you need? Just describe what you're noticing — a rattling fridge, a leak, whatever it is — and I'll help you figure it out. To get started, tell me about your project in a sentence or two — for example, “Kitchen remodel in Redmond, hoping to finish in 8–10 weeks.”
