A construction manager reviews every quote that comes back before you decide. You choose the contractor; we make sure you are choosing with good information.
You can search yourself — the contractor search on our homepage is free and we do not ask for anything to use it. What you get by hiring us is a person in the loop: we pick who to approach rather than handing you a filtered list, we do the chasing, and a construction manager reads every quote for scope gaps, vague exclusions, and allowances before you commit. A star rating tells you a contractor has happy customers. It does not tell you whether the bid in front of you is complete.
Spread your availability across about five days if you can. That range gives us room to reach highly rated contractors and schedule visits around you rather than around them — the wider the window, the better the contractors we can get to the house. You pick the times; nothing is booked without your approval.

Flat plans by the number of competing quotes you want: $49.99 for one contractor, $79.99 for two, $99.99 for three. The price is locked before you pay — there are no add-ons and no percentage of your project.
Typically five to ten business days from the site visits, though it depends on the contractors and the size of the job. That is a typical range, not a guarantee — we don't control how fast a contractor writes a bid. Your project status is always visible in your dashboard.
A construction manager reads each bid for what is in scope and what is quietly missing: vague exclusions, allowances that will move later, line items that don't match the others, and gaps that turn into change orders. On multi-quote plans you also get a comparison and a recommendation on which bid represents the better value.
No. Contractors pay us nothing, we take no commission, and no part of your project cost comes to us. You pay the plan price and nothing else.
Your full address is shared only with the contractor whose visit you approve, and only after you approve it. Until then a contractor sees the ZIP code and the project description, nothing more. Approving a visit is what releases the address, and you approve each contractor separately.
No. We don't sell leads, we don't share your details with contractors who haven't been approved for a visit, and contractors cannot pay us to be shown to you. That is the difference between us and a lead-generation site.
On fit for your project, and on review of licensing, insurance, and reputation. Nobody pays for placement or for a recommendation, so the list you get is the list we would want for our own house.
Your project dashboard is the single source of truth: current stage, any visit we've proposed and whether you've approved it, and each quote as it arrives. There is nothing to check for elsewhere.
Someone who works only for you for the length of the build — contract review, milestone payments, change-order control, schedule and budget oversight, quality checks, and the final walkthrough. It is the arrangement large commercial projects use as standard, scaled to a remodel.

Yes, in the Seattle/Redmond area — from $799 for an on-site assessment of your project and existing conditions. Everything else we do is available virtually, nationwide.
If we deliver fewer quotes than you paid for, we refund the difference down to the price of the plan matching the quotes you received — you only pay for the quotes you get. If we deliver none, you receive a full refund.
